How about a flipnote? http://bioshock.wikia.com/wiki/User:MegaScience Scroll down on my userpage there until you see "My BioShock 2 Flipnote." The image is an animated gif I made of it, but the quality is imperfect. Clicking the name of the section will show you the on-site version. From there, convert it the right way?

If you want something simple, I suggest you get the official Microsoft GIF animator and do it yourself.
