i use giffing tool to get a gif, and  make it loop

then I just resize/crop to make it avatar size

When I try to upload it:
"Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Edit: same thing with the smaller one.

don't worry about it, sometimes the BLF host allows/disallows even small gifs to be uploaded. You'll just have to wait for a good window.
