Portforwarding only lets me use tcp or udp, not both, can anybody help me?

My Dell M70 laptop is giving me errors, here are the specs,

Resently the new 3.0 firmwire came out on the ipod touch and 3g iPhone.
The iPhone gets the 3.0 firmwire for free however for the iPod Touch, it isn't.

Kalphiter is on his period, he acts like he's the administrator of this forum, he needs to get banned for his own good, because he'll even loose more respect. or do what Yuki did, left for a while and got his attitude right, then came back.

Okay.
Since I joined Habbo, all these people were playing around only 500 online at the time (2001 beta) all the new update shizz, drived me crazy at the time, because they were so many glitches, nao it's turned into a country for old people, these 42 yearolds asking for ages, and where they lived (I'm basicly saying it's unsafe...) and the v21 update made it have even MORE glitches, I wanted to say

Hello, since people mostly have this router and can't portforward, I shall give you a YouTube video, or a Text writen...

1. Ok, for the first part, you need to open your gateway to your router (192.168.0.1 or www.routerlogin.net)
2. Go down to "Content Filtering" then go to "Services"
3. now fill in the ports like on the http://www.blockland.us/portforward
4. When you done that, Press OK, and you should have "Blockland Port: 28000-28030"
5. Click on Firewall rules
6. On inbound Services Add a service
7. then on the service drop down menu, click (Blockland TCP/UDP 28000-28030)
6. Click ALLOW ALWAYS
7. on send to Wan server, do your Static IP (Mine is 192.168.0.10) when you are done, click apply. DO NOT FILL IN START AND FINISH STUFF, THAT IS NOT NEEDED
8. now go on (LAN IP SETUP)
9.Scroll down to IP reservations and then do add
10. Fill in FOR EG (IP address : 192.168.0.10 Name: Darren-pc Mac address: 00:00:00:00:00)
11, to find out your IP address, open notepad then jot those things down, (To find the IP Address and info, open a new tab and type 192.168.0.1 then click Attached devices if you cant see it, refresh it untill you see it.)
12. you're now finished, enjoy playing online with your friends.
I shall clear the text up later, just for now, follow those steps, if you can't do any, email hyper_man_22@hotmail.com and I shall reply in a Gmail address,

Since I got my new Laptop I can not upload my blockland add-ons in the add-on file, I have put stuff in... but just not working, could sombody help?
