Remember that thread I made a while ago about my new landlord? Well apparently she put an eviction notice on our door saying we didn't pay our bills. This is total bullstuff because I see my mom give her the check by hand. We're currently fighting it, so we'll see what the court says.

well are you paying on time? if a landlord wants you out, they just need you to be 1 day late, once.

Happened to us before, except we did pay our bills. Other people had the same problem.
