Ahh, this guy was using my port for Chat Binds. Sorry if this happens to you, I didn't know that team chat doesn't have flood protection, and I am sorry for any inconvenience i may have caused by porting this add-on. As I know nothing about torquescript or scripting in general, I cannot fix this, Though i will add your name to my add-on page for the chat binds if you can make a script that adds flood protection to team chat.
