The reason it might never pop is because of the defensive stats it gives you. I'd buy ga if I'm carrying whether I die in the future or not.

I've been doing that, and on top of that ive been doing relatively well in my games, however:

We won the last few fights because I'd just stun him during his channel then flash back to help my team.

That plus me and Teemo lane swapped pretty early. I could take on Tryn by myself, and he was needed bottom.
