If it's mostly indie games I'm going to be disappointed because most of the indie games on steam are stuff platformers.

Agreed I will be very disappointed. There but I think that aside from that there will be regular sales as well. Thats what people on PC Gamer said. Not reddit.

Figured id just throw this out there. http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/07/09/possible-steam-summer-sale-details-arise/ If this is true I guess it'll be an ok steam sale but 11 days of indie games? The sale only last one day per set of games. Oh and by the way this isn't for sure its just Pc Gamer.

Yes I can run it on a Pentium 4 3.06 and a Ati Radeon 9550. Yeah I know it sucks. I don't know if you mean Portal  Or Portal 2 but I can run both and have a way worse computer than you so yes.

I don't know why people are acting like this about this sale.
Did someone from valve say it was going to start early or something?

If nobody got all excited about it starting the 24th like earlier on in this thread then it wouldn't really be a big deal.

I don't get why everyone has said that it will start tomorrow, every day this week. When it starts, it starts, if it doesn't start it doesn't start.
Steam is a program that allows you to buy and download games in a convenient fashion, the fact that they offer sales is a gift, calm the forget down and stop crossing your butt holes.

Whats wrong with a little hope? If we say it starts and it doesn't whats the big deal bro.

Wow thats not at all what I meant. Before you go and bash on people try to read what they said. I was saying valve is finally getting to the third game in their series. SO is what that meant was who else wants Portal 3? So thanks for trying to be so mean. I really don't get what the point of that was its really richardish.
