When I try to download a .exe from the internet, if it is a "NSIS" Installer, it gets to around 60% of verifaction, then gives me this message.

If it is not a NSIS installer, it works most of the time.

We have tried reinstalling windows. What could be the problem?

It's probably corrupted or incomplete. Try downloading the installer on a different computer, put it on a flash drive and install it on your computer.

It does that on every single installer, so I think it may have something to do with the Download process or our computer itself.

Sorry for the double post, I figured out it doesn't work on any installer.
