I think that if a powerful enough explosion is set off near you and you survive, and are launched into the ceiling, your head gets stuck in the ceiling and you can't move or shoot, and you get stuck there until someone shoots your feet and kills you.

...No.  If there were prison clothes, I would'n t see anything wrong with the clothes being used outside of jail.  Mistaken for a escaper? Huh?!?!  Can you escape from jail (without glitching -_-)?  I think it would be a better idea to just have the starting new-B clothes in jail available instead of...something more complicated.

Perhaps upon leaving jail, being charged with jailbreak: 1.3 times the number of seconds remaining in jail.
