What you say is correct, slave labor exists in china in the northern regions, but 7 years ago china recovered from a very long period of poverty, even today meat is cheaper than bones. From there china has created a great government system that allows people to benefit in many various ways. If you searched "chinese real estate" you would find very tall and luxurious buildings, these building were built for the sole purpose of housing the lowest earning citizens. These apartaments even include marble floors which is rather impressive. Really China is the best place to be, what you hear in the news is only the bad not the good. Living in China and employed is a win life is comfortable and very luxurious even if you have minimum pay.
