What is the process for submitting builds as defaults?

Badspot usually asks if he needs more default builds.  I remember the v9 submission thingy

Build a spaceship with default bricks.

And try to make it look simple. It still needs to look really good, just not as complicated as projects you have had before. It needs to look default.
