Not all relay systems require a self-loop repeating system. It would be better if this explained the concept of relays in layman's terms rather than dictating only how to do a repeater system, since the people who need this don't understand the base concept are the ones who need the most help. They'll most likely have questions on other parts of relays, how they work, and how they can be used.
However, the attempt is the most important here; not many really try to teach others how to do things on BL. I applaud the effort.
