setvehiclerotation, changes vehicle's direction
useful if someone wanted to spawn vehicles facing a specific direction instead of just north, south, east and west directly.

Just something that spreads between players and does nothing to them, and the only way to tell if you have it is with an IfSick event.

And if you feel like it, a surgeon mask to prevent spread? (Both if you have it and if you don't)

slay/force kill? i can't find one that works correctly without glitching out.

allows host to slay anybody, super admins to slay admins and lower, and admins to slay only non-admins.
