Pie Crust has your classic Internet Whore personality. Very few real life friends and a weak relationship with his parents (like either to their abuse or because he mistreats them, most likely the latter) means that he's lost any ability to properly socialise in a normal give/take way. His entire brain process is now dedicated to getting as referenced as possible; he gets a dopamine hit every time somebody calls his name, bad or good.

I'm not sure a psychologist could fix this.

I think you should just ban people who can't change. Make it so that the latest alt you have is your last one, and any other ones need to have reasoning or are restricted from certain boards.
