is there a template for these

I need a 75x75 transparent background template for these so I can make them
Or small enough so they fit perfectly with a height of 75

I make them on a 24x24 canvas on mt iPod with the C64 paint app. Though it's only got 16 colors so you have to be creative.
I'll make you a template so you can see how I make them.
