not for national elections
"In 2013, the City of Takoma Park, Maryland became the first place in the United States to lower its voting age to 16, for municipal elections and referendums."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voting_age#United_Statesit's technically possible for states to set their voting age lower because the 26th amendment just says that states can't deny the right to vote if you're at least eighteen. but no state's done that yet. the closest you have is being able to vote in primaries while you're 17 if you'll be 18 before the general election
