New Decal: Jacket *Fixed*

Hey this is my first (releasable) Decal and I thought you people would like it.

Description:

Useful for Aviator Jackets and Cold Survival Jackets, coz of it's fuzzy fluff around the collar.

Not bad, but the open part isn`t transparent? Fix it, and you have a very nice decal.

The problem with making the open bit transparent is that the thermal shirt underneath would become the same color as the jacket itself. If you know what I mean.

Just make the under shirt a darker/lighter trans or a colored trans.
