Yes they are bots. The God among men known as CloneTrooper1019 has managed to write a counterbot, yet hasn't released it to the public yet.

quite a few of them are actual accounts, most likely using bots or just copy pasting.

Edit: Ok so I messaged the guy to just give up as I told everyone in his group he's a spammer, but he deleted them and said "i'll do as a please" sooo...
