There's an easier way
At the staircase by the balcony where you usually put the stickies down, put eight of them barely above the line on that one column. Then get on the very edge of the rail most frontwardly connecting to the column, and don't jump or crouch, just detonate.
Also beware of land mines

And the purple building is the admin room, and they sometimes forget to close the pool B^)
