Money, save the money until you find something you really want.

We decided as a family to do gifts this year instead of money, like we do typically. So doesn't work this year. :(

My parents are heckling me. And I have no idea.

What do I want for Christmas?

My check engine light came on this week so I went to O'Reily and used one of those code readers to see what it was. My car is a 2001 Mercury Cougar.
What does it mean?
What do I check?
What do I replace?
What do I buy?

Kind of late but it looks to me like your car's oxygen sensors (or O2 sensors) are detecting your exhaust is running rich meaning you're burning too much fuel. I'd look at typical fuel related things like your fuel filter, fuel pump, injectors, stuff like that.

I'm by no means experienced with codes but that's what I get from it. If nothing else go join a message board dealing with this stuff and find out lol.

EDIT: If you do indeed have a Ford: try here?.

It usually seems like it's only me who can get so much enjoyment out of driving in a straight line down a dark interstate for hours that I never get tired lol

If you ever drive through South Dakota or other states with ridiculous plains then it is so infinitely better to drive through at night than in the day. I had a way harder time driving through at 3pm than at 11pm.

Since I've had my account since mid-2007, it's really interesting seeing all of my old hats and how few of them are still on sale. One of my first hats is from the 2007 paintball tournament, the T-Bone Visor and there were only 168 of them sold. And I have one. :o

Also the classic Fedora bottom price is R$24,500. Holy. stuff.

Even Clockwork's Headphones, which were expensive anyway, R$28,499.

The Void Star which sold for 20,000 tickets is now R$35,000 and just under 2000 exist.

A Hockey Mask which apparently only 18 were sold I have. I think these were awarded somehow.

The one the gave for having your email verified is pretty decent, I thought. Like usually I would have expected some stuffty cap or something. I still have the Verified Sign [see: this] from ages ago.

It's really interesting how they're using player made games to host events now.

It was 7F the other day when I was driving to school. It's not uncommon to get that cold here in Minnesota but it is for this early in the year.  I was listening to the radio and apparently we broke a record set in 1959 at 13F.

Our snow has been pretty minimal though we still have on the ground what little we have received. Which is impressive.

It'd be interesting living in New York right now.
