How do you use Add-ons when using BlocklandLauncher.exe?

I have to start my blockland up using the BlocklandLauncher.exe I installed RTB but it isnt there. How can I use Add-ons when using the Blockland Launcher.exe?

it took me a while to find out that BL moved to documents too, haha
