General Discussion / Re: Blockland FireFox Search Engine Addition

I just went to the url in this:
Quote
<OpenSearchDescription xmlns="http://a9.com/-/spec/opensearch/1.1/">
and I got this page:
Quote
The OpenSearch specification has moved to the OpenSearch.org website at: http://www.opensearch.org/Specifications/OpenSearch/1.1

I don't know much about these types of things, but does that have anything to do with it?

Is there a way to make a custom playertype in a minigame use a different light than the standard player?

I was referring to playertypes in minigames, but your information may still be of use to me.  Thank you.

Modification Help / Energy bar
« on: September 08, 2007, 08:13:20 PM »
Is there any way to increase the amount of energy in the energybar for player types? I don't mean increasing the recharge rate, or decreasing the %drain.  I actually want to increase the amount of energy in the bar.

Also, I was wondering if there is a way to make a player start with less than full energy, but then still be able to charge up to full.

(I wasn't sure if this should go in mod discussion or coding help, so I picked the one that sounded like it makes more sense, but please move it to the correct topic if i was wrong)

No, it has to be made into a datablock by using a script.

The ban hammer never worked.

Make it a 1 hour ban.

If you thought poop in chicken was scary...  There is poop inside you right now!  And there is poop inside every person you know.  There is poop in your house, there is poop outside, there is poop floating around in the air, and I am willing to bet there is even poop on your toothbrush as well.  I am sorry that I may have popped a hole in the bubble of security that you have built up around yourself, but poop is an inescapable fact of life.

Spartan I like the way you think,  I too cannot wait until the next time I eat some good ol' fashion chicken.

Ok, Its the full song, and a loop of part of the intro.  The full version is a little large for those with slow connections (I Think)

MacGyver Theme Song

Yes, make Spongebob.  That way, whenever someone in a DM is wearing that decal, I can mercilessly kill them amd pretend its him.

General Discussion / Re: Worth paying for?

This game is most definitely worth the twenty dollars.  The demo version is very restrictive, but the paid version allows you to use way more bricks. Also, the addition of online multiplayer game play brings a whole new dimension to the game with everything from huge group builds to multiplayer deathmatches.  Also there are hundreds of add-ons such as vehicles, maps, and weapons.   Once you get into it, you can practically do anything in the paid for version of  Blockland.

Suggestions & Requests / Re: Vehicle idea: limo
« on: August 16, 2007, 07:53:17 AM »
...It should move somewhat slow, sence it should be long, and be able to hold atleast 10 people. I was thinking the same speed as the air liner, and baicly the same thing only it doesen't fly, and looks like a limo rather than an airplane...

Apparently you've never seen a limo pulling 80 on a highway... Oh, and don't forget the hot tub in the trunk.  Yes, there are limos that actually have hot tubs in the trunk.
