that's the most naive interpretation i've ever heard
it requires that personal information be stored exclusively with consent and that it's stored securely
there's nothing in there that will force people to block EU countries

like for vive or oculus? i hear that oculus needs a slightly less beefy pc.

there's no practical difference in required performance by brand, only by resolution and framerate, and both the Vive & Occulus have a 2160x1080 display at 90hz.

What would you even need that for? It already knows when you change prefs in the gui.

Preferences updated through the console or through script? The GUI isnt the only thing that can modify those variables
