Author Topic: How do I properly scale down a picture?  (Read 1021 times)

Whenever I decide to scale down a picture with paint.net it looks all pixelated and stuff. I simply select the area, hold shift and drag it smaller.

Someone please help me.

why not just do image > resize

Do image resize, then use that scroll down bar at the top right, and click "Best Quality"

ye apaint is a good program, but stuffty for that, use gimp or like suggested,
