Uh
Soy protein
I dont eat fish
I eat lots of soy
I have a feeling youre not a aware of the wide variety of non-animal based food that contains protein.
But soy isn't nearly as fun :( Beans make your tummy make noises!

Nah, I just mentioned one out of many alternatives (and I admittedly forgot about soy for a moment). You can eat soy, quinnoa, beans, almonds, cauliflower, peas etc etc. If you like milk products, yoghurt and cottage cheese are also great alternatives.

Looks like there will be hand to hand knifing instead of the same "invincible when you knife somebody" stuff.
It would be cool if you could dodge the dodge.
A: [tries to stab other player]
B: "Press E to dodge attack" [Presses E]
A: "Press X to dodge counterattack" [Presses X]
B: "Press G to dodge counterattack" [Presses G]
A: "Press Q to dodge counterattack" [Presses X][Gets stabbed]
...
That would be awesome.

cool thanks u help me so much
Nah but seriously, if you're really serious about gaining weight, you're going to have a hard time substituting those proteins from meat. Even protein powder comes from an animalic source, so you can't have any if you're strict about your vegetarianism. Do you eat fish? Fish is probably the best thing you could eat, because of the Omega fatty acids. If you're not eating fish either, you have to eat beans. Lots and lots of beans.

"protein powder" that i mentioned is "muscle gainer".  it's how you use it.  having a healthy diet may be enough to be fit, but if you want to build your body higher you'll need to use things like "muscle gainer".
Depends on what you're aiming for. If you're a olympic weightlifter, of course you'll gonna need some gainer. If you're just trying to get in good shape, you don't. That gainer is nothing more than concentrated proteins, which you could get much cheaper by just eating a big omelette.

as someone who struggled getting to a stable ~4500cal a day, i can totally see why people use them. it's not so much about having a healthy diet as it is about going like 10% above your maintenance level of calories. i had an extremely healthy diet, but i didn't have the volume i needed to hit that target.

protein powder isn't even expensive, it's the "mass gainer" stuff you want to stay clear of, because it's far cheaper to make your own
Of course, if you are eating 4500cal a day, you'll probably need protein powder. But then again, those kind of numbers are far from normal, and I'm tempted to categorize that under "olympic weightlifter" (see above).
Even protein powder is expensive over here :/ But I was refering to the stuff the sell over here which contains proteins, vitamins and minerals. I guess it's the equivalent of what you call "mass gainer".

the forget is that stuff?  don't buy things for energy, you're like 16 we don't need energy at 15-20.  just get some milk, protein powder, throw a banana and some strawberries or something and bam.  protein smoothie for your post-workouts.
This. I don't get why people buy expensive "muscle gainer" when all they have to do is to have a healthy diet. If you feel like you need those extra proteins, eat an egg or two a day (or drink some milk).

I need to work out my upper body more, especially triceps and abs. But I'm very good at leg stuff. If you need any help with your leg excercises and/or cardio, lemme know.

In my opinion, the absolutely best excercises for legs and ass are:
- Bulgarian front split (with the bench)
- Lunges
- Side Lunges
- Squats (all variations)
You can do these with or without additional weight, depending on how fit you are.

My new boss looks like Badspot. He is actually a bit frightening. But he's a cool guy, I had a beer with him after work today. I had a beer with Badspot.

Where I draw the line, however, is when we start mucking around with the genetic code of the thing manually. Nature has proven itself a lot better at doing that than us.

Nature has had millions of years and literally quadrillions of organisms to experiment on. 99,9% of those experiments failed.
Humans have been manually modifying DNA for about 30 years or so, yet we've already come up with lots of medicine and positive treats in plants and organisms.

I beg to differ; we are a lot better at modifying DNA than nature.

Non-gmo corn is better.

Did you know that 74,82% of all statistics are made up?

What you got there, my friend, is a prime example.

Are we talking Farenheit, Celcius or Kelvin here?

Because all three of them would be somewhat uncomfortable.
How is 70 F uncomfortable?

If water temperatures hit 70F here in Norway, everyone goes crazy. Hell, some people might even complain about the temperature being too high. Everything above 55F is perfectly fine.

I was playing Pokemon Crystal and saved it right before Red the final champion.

When I turned on the gameboy next morning, it said that the game cartridge has gone wild.
That's your personal experience and shouldn't affect everyone else.

In this case, when we're just talking about avatars, Crystal >> Gold/Silver because Animated >> Static
