Haircut Help

I've been contemplating on a haircut for a while now. I wanted to buzz it all off, but I don't want to look like an idiot, and it's winter. I was thinking of taking a little off then maybe styling it a little bit, but idk! I'm tired of my same old hairstyle.

It would help if you guys could give me some suggestions, pictures would be good too.
