Yeah, Crysis 2 is set in New York.
...Really? To be honest that'd be sort of cool to be in NYC.

Also time to save up extravagant sums of money in order to plan and build a nice-ass computer!

Think I could run this on my upcoming $800 build?

I came :D:D

now somebody make some kind of weird distant planet with a bunch of foliage and blue kitty people with this engine, and make it look soooo seexxyy.

Is that build the same as my build :'D ?

Show me a low quality pic with lowest graphics, they will be awesome still.

Specs?
It's not going to be built until late summer, but I'm looking at at least 1GB of dedicated video, probably a Radeon 57xx or GeForce 28x 3.2x4 GHz processor, 2GBx2 DDR3 memory and other stuff.

Yes. The avatar movie graphics were great but the plot sucked. If the game was made with this engine, and with real coders, it would have been awesome.

How much does cryengine cost? It must cost a stuff load.
Edit: I couldn't find a price, but it only sells to established game studios.

I reckon that, in a few years, graphics on games will be so good it simply can't get any better.
Of course, this means physics and time will be a high priority for developers :D

I love whatever Cry engine Crysis uses.
