Your main problem here is the fact your playing The Orange Block. I don't see why people still play it let alone RtB 1.45 for that instance.

how is playing old games on an old version of a game a problem?

I play world of warcraft of 3.0.3 and latest version is higher than that.

It's because they completely stole it and are "marketing" it as their own "original" game.
