Being a bit young and all, I had a doge that I had been with since I was born. A year ago, on my birthday, the dog died. Right on my birthday. Then, just a few days before last Christmas, a doge I had since 2nd grade had to be put down because they had broken the lower half of their spine and had been paralyzed. So yeah, doges dying isn't a big deal to me anymore.
