they're a terrible company with stuffty business practices.
they literally don't give two stuffs about their customers and refused to give obsidian royalties on new vegas because they got a 84 on metacritic instead of an 85. they also gave them only 18 months to make the game resulting in a lot of cut content and bugs.

Have you been sleeping under a rock, or have you just not noticed how lame their production quality is for an AAA developer? Everything is buggy and stuttery. Bad optimization on PC and so on.
