make sure you have decent armor and guy a bunch of Starfait. grind the CORE for cash if you need it. if you still have the stick throw it at him for a laugh

anyone got tips?

My advice would be to stock up on straitfaits and get good at dodging. In battle boast for every attack and try not to get hit. If you do happen to get hit, pose and you'll get more ratings for it.
