A mod which would allow you to generate mountains and glaciers (Suggestion!)

Would this even be possible? I think it'd be really cool though, especially glaciers. With this, you'd also be able to configure the desired size of the mountains and glaciers, and you could also have the ability to modify the height of the mountains and glaciers.

[GSF]Ghost actually made/helped develop a terrain generator of his own and released it here. I dunno why more people don't use it.

This suggestion however would specialize in making only mountains and glaciers, it would be very sophisticated and exact.
