i cant figure out how to port foward

(this might be the worng place to post this) ive been trying i got past account and stuff when im in teh router and adding a
new port i cant find where to put the port because instead
it has 1 port box not 2 so what do i do once i add a new port?
(what i mean by what do i do once i add a new port is click "add")

never mind i fowarding TBC and UBC to see witch protocal
UBC works TBC broke

also i need help to now what i chance my ip to becaus i have downloaded portchecker and it says The port is not open or not Reachable
also my ip address is 88.90.35.248  what do i chance the ip to then i think some thing with 192.168.1.???
