Photoshop is l337 if you know how to use it properly.
Personally, it confuses me so I just use Paint.net, I can still create some pretty cool stuff that I am proud of though.
I also know how to get photoshop for free, but I won't get into that.

Yeah, because I draw every frame, didn't copy anything. But I like that style.

It is a little slow running... maybe you should speed up the frames a little bit.
Other than that its fine.
