Yes, but nick's made sense and didn't effect the story line, you basically just drew out 4 to 5 frames right there.
If you want your post to be considered, "shout "hey look its a distraction!" and point somewhere." is more then enough. You can't tell what will happen next, the man might not even fall for it.
