Why aren't these two working as profile pictures im pretty sure theyre the right size

be more specific than "not working", what does it say
edit: upon further inspection they are working just fine and the problem is that u r a noob, try ctrl+F5 on a page with your avatar

try using a png compression service. it can help reduce the filesize and can possibly fix the issue
