How to intall DTS exporter for pc

i have downloaded the DTS exporter (for blender) but where do i put it

its some kind of file i read a website abuot it (http://jsgreenawalt.com/Blender-DTS-Exporter/documentation/installation.html)and i installed all it needed but i got confused on were to put the file
