It's easy, there's just a few things that could confuse you, like putting thermal paste on the CPU, and installing the PSU wires.
There's some good guides out there, especially by Linus from NCIX tech tips. Look up NCIX on YouTube.

I imagine he would need a copy of windows 7 which puts you overbudget. I wouldn't trust that ram or mobo and think you save more money buying a 955 instead of the deal with the 965.

I didn't realize it was kingston, I still wouldn't trust asrock. But its still slightly over his budget

Putting Home Premium on it would bump it up to $786. I'll see what I can do to cut down the price of the system.
