Yeah, just what we need, a boss based on something known primarily for exploding suicidally. You'd kill three or four people at best.

Arm it with a missile shooter, like the Rocket L.
That way it still has explosions, but doesn't kill itself in one attack.

This does not fit Blockland in any way. It also looks like you ported them from Minecraft. There's a rule for making addons in Blockland: they are supposed to look like they are meant for Blockland.

Working on Blockland-esque models.
