punch the wall and make your own exit

Can I get a time period for this situation?

Don't do this because simplicity is for the weak and we are not of the weak we are of the strong, punch in front of yourself while slowly stepping forward to find an exit
You start punching in front of you while walking forward. Something is compelling you to say something...

"CHUGGA CHUGGA CHOO CHOO!"

After about an hour of exhausting chugging, you punch a wall.

You get up off of the floor after swearing for a full minute.

punch the wall and make your own exit
You punch the wall several more times. Although you can't see it, you're pretty sure that your hands are bleeding.

Slurp at your bloody hands and enter Beast Mode, where you then dash right through the wall like it was nothing.

check left and right to see if the hallway turns; if it does not, check if it's a simple dead end or not

stuff
feel for anything on the floor

stuff guys now we need medicine. Follow along the wall for a door.

You charge at the wall and hit it. Everything fades to... More black? Anyway, you lose consciousness. After awaking, you feel your head and find a viscous liquid dripping from it. Most likely your blood. Or the wall's blood. You check the wall, and it feels metallic, but not wet or even dented.
stuff
feel for anything on the floor
All you find is the still glossy metal floor further glossed over with your blood.
stuff guys now we need medicine. Follow along the wall for a door.
You begin following the wall, but it is hard to stay standing with your injuries and the traction-resistant floor beneath you. You continue for what seems like half an hour, but there's absolutely no way to track time, and there's almost no sense of your own presence. The wall curves and turns you in a direction only slightly different to your own. As if this placement was only very slightly lopsided.

Stop killing yourself and keep walking

Can we climb the wall?
what fire said
You feel around the wall, but find no way that you could possible hold a grip, less so with your injured fists.
Stop killing yourself and keep walking
A sound idea! After what seems like an hour, the floor surprises you by deciding to be made of cloth, and as a result of that surprise, you fall over flat on your face. On the cloth, so no injuries for once! You stick your finger through, then your hand, then your arm and cannot feel a bottom. It'd probably be safe to go along as carefully as possible.
rub your hands to your hair to create electrostatic discharge for a short spark to create light B)
You begin rubbing your hair as fast as possible. All that happens is that a few pieces of loose hair comes off and sticks to your hand. A spark probably wouldn't be the best idea considering the possibly flammable floor beneath us.

Sit down and think: "What the hell is this place?"
