Author Topic: Good headset for $50-$75?  (Read 1429 times)

I need a decent headset. The problem is it need to be on amazon, any suggestions?

Depends on what you mean by, "good". Sure, for $50-$75 you can get a fully functional pair of cans, but it won't have amazing audio quality or reliability.

???

I've had these for a looooong time, they work superb and are universal. Never had a problem.

Also I can't comprehend why people rate these so low, but you know what they always say: The tons of people who actually have no problems never write reviews, only the people who are butthurt that they broke theirs.

The audio quality doesn't need to me amazing, I'm mostly looking at how the mic does.

I had a pair of these for a loong time. They work with everything and need no setup. I now use a Razer Carcharias Headset which is basically the same functionality wise but are more comfortable.

Buy a desktop mic. Lasts longer since you don't move it around a lot. This is the one I have. Hasn't failed me while all else have.

If you're looking for a good pair of cans for music, the ATH-M50s will certainly give you a bang for your buck. Amazing quality.
