Seriously if you're going to complain about people bumping don't do the same either - these are both very unnecessary bumps because the topic ended and there was nothing to add, you're just that guy who thinks "oh it's on the first page though so i can still post!!" but you still need to look at the date of the last post, don't stuffpost unless you actually have something useful to say if the topic is done/solved (assuming the topic hasn't had a post in a few days). I don't get how hard this is for you to figure out.
