No, some people don't have enough time, that's why they rush through the games.

Duh.

I mean he had to go through this game at least 5 or 10 times to figure out every fastest way to get through each level

Some people just have too much time on there hands
I think anyone could spare 45 minutes.

I've seen a half hour one.

The real question here is, why did I watch the entire 48 minutes?

It's impressive, but the glitching yourself out of the map and skipping half of a level in a single leap, really removes some of the impressiveness for me.
He learnt how to play it well, but it wasn't technically fair.
Had he done the whole game, without launching himself on the edge of maps and such, in the same time, it'd be much more brilliant.

Oddly enough I watched something like this a day or two ago.

I agree with the above, its not at all impressive if you just find glitches to help. I began watching expecting him to loving fly flawlessly with awesome accuracy in shooting and everything. I was sad. :(

EDIT: Also note I was watching a HL2 speedrun.
