What is that dark diagonal shape coming from the from of the truck going towards the ground of the bridge?

It's probably one of the bridge poles. If you look on the other side of the truck's shadow near the lamppost you can see the other end of it.

Probably just a shadow.

That's the error of whoever makes the decal I believe.

Just add a hint of grey to all white spots and they will stop glowing.

If there isn't a built-in game feature to bypass this, somebody will most probably make a mod for it.
