Maybe you should try to fix your Microsoft Account for apps on your other devices to be able to launch apps and continue experiences on this device.

have you tried... clicking on the notification or even, maybe, googling how to fix your Microsoft account?
also, a downgrade to windows 7 is available in settings if you hate win10...
