i was under the impression that it's fast... um

it's not as fast as fiber optics of course but all sources ive seen is that it's fast and many other broadband types are comparable to DSL speeds with only slight differences (an example is satellite not working well in bad weather)
DSL is not dialup so that's a plus obviously but yeah what's so bad about DSL besides that it's not the fastest thing in the entire universe? i think my internet problems are being caused my neighbors hoggin my internet and my ISP being loving stupid
