Furdle has been an starfish for quite a while. Even before Wink's City RPG, he was always a pretty half-assed backstabber. He uses you for what he wants, then when your done with whatever your job was, he bans / de-admins / etc you. People just associate all the talk about him as "omg hes famoush I can wurk fer him n' be populor too"

Or atleast, that's the way all of his associates appear, as none of them ever seem to be above his intelligence.
