Fallout 3 is not a true fallout game and never will be.

Clunky gameplay, stuffty engine, boring colors, terrible story, almost all the quests were the same thing that involved going to some place to kill some stuff, lore that barely follows the old games. Also adding stuff like the mini nuke and adding a bunch of cartoony 1950's stuff was insulting.

Another Black Isle game would have been better. inXile and Obisidian combining into a new studio would be even better. Most of these First Person rpgs focus more on the first person aspect more rather than the rpg aspect of leveling up and becoming stronger and end up becoming a half assed shooter. Deus Ex Game of the Year is the best of the First Person RPGS.
