Why wasn't Judge just banned? -- And where's my report button?

I'm pretty sure that it has never been like that, and even if it has, OP was banned more recently and if it had been changed then it wouldn't have happened to him

I remember a few users saying their report button was gone, it happened to me as well, I wasn't even aware there was a report button until someone posted a screenshot at one point. That being said I never used it once, I was banned for 3 days for mentioning piracy, but that was some time ago.
