Can't download add-ons

When I try to download a .zip file to the Add-Ons folder, it says You do not have permission to save this file to the folder. Please consult the administrator. I am the admin because it's my computer D:
I don't know if this has anything to do with BL, I have Vista if that helps.

Vista has fancy stuff security that wont let you save to Program files or any folders in there

I don't have vista though so I don't know if you can just Download the file somewhere else and move it to the add-on folder, Try it
